Major Interest in Shares

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was informed on 15 March 2010 that Nigel Wray purchased, on 12 March 2010, 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.

Mr Wray’s resultant shareholding is 24,519,995 ordinary shares, equivalent to 11.04% of the Company’s issued share capital.
