Alliance is a dynamic and interesting place to work. From its state of the art offices in South West England, the organisation is focused strongly on growth, whether it be current sales or the next acquisition. Alliance aims to achieve the optimal combination of entrepreneurialism with structured planning and implementation.
From its very inception, Alliance has aimed to operate to the same corporate standards as much larger pharmaceutical companies. The employees and management have joined Alliance from many of the top blue chip pharmaceutical R&D companies. This gives Alliance an interesting cross company cultural mix with expertise on many brands, therapy areas and levels of development.
From its inception, the Company was set up to operate as a ‘plc’ adhering to the stringent standards that this entailed. When the company floated on AIM in December 2003 the conversion to plc simply involved upgrading processes already in place.
Alliance is based in the UK and employs around 50 people. Each year all employees are awarded share options which encourages everyone to participate in the company's ownership and success.
